Terms of Service

Agreement

By booking a BioTroopers program or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Programs and bookings

• All program bookings are subject to availability.
• Booking is confirmed only after full payment.
• Program details (schedule, location, themes) may change. We will notify registered families of any changes.

Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
• Payment is processed through our secure booking system at the time of booking.
• BioTroopers does not store payment card details.

Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before camp start receive a full refund less a $30 administrative fee.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of camp start receive credit toward a future BioTroopers program.
• No refunds or credits for cancellations within 7 days of camp start.
• BioTroopers reserves the right to cancel a program due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered families receive a full refund.

Health, safety and accommodations

• Parents must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or learning differences during registration.
• Parents must provide an emergency contact at registration.
• BioTroopers reserves the right to dismiss a child whose behaviour endangers themselves or others, without refund.

Photo and video

• Parents consent to or opt out of photo and video use during registration.
• BioTroopers uses photos and video only for our own marketing (website, social media, newsletter). We do not sell images to third parties.

Liability

BioTroopers Inc is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our programs, except where caused by our gross negligence. By booking, you acknowledge that participation in science experiments and physical activities carries inherent risk.

Intellectual property

All curriculum, materials, and website content are the property of BioTroopers Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects any changes.
