At BioTroopers, we understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy for Camp registrations:
Cancellations 14 days or more before camp start date

Full refund minus a $30 administrative fee will be made via e-transfer

Requests must be submitted in writing to: info@biotroopers.com
Cancellations within 14 days of camp start date

No refunds can be issued, as materials and staffing will have already been confirmed.

We’re happy to offer a credit toward a future camp or workshop, subject to availability.
