At BioTroopers, we understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy for Summer Camp registrations:

​Cancellations 14 Days or More Before Camp Start

• Full refund minus a $30 administrative fee will be made via e-transfer

• Requests must be submitted in writing to: info@biotroopers.com​

Cancellations Within 14 Days of Camp Start

• No refunds can be issued, as materials and staffing will have already been confirmed.

• We’re happy to offer a credit toward a future camp or workshop, subject to availability.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to deliver high-quality, hands-on science experiences for all our campers.
